Art therapy
Art therapy, facilitated by M Power and Aditya Birla, offers a therapeutic outlet through creative expression. Participants engaged in art activities that promote mental well-being, self-reflection, and emotional healing. -
Relief printing
In this workshop, attendees explored the art of relief printing. Gunjan Ma'am taught participants how to create intricate designs by carving a block and then printing it onto paper or fabric, resulting in unique and textured prints. -
